As a dedicated health and wellness coach, I’m passionate about guiding clients toward a path of sustainable, meaningful well-being. My personal journey, combined with experience in nutrition, fitness, wellness strategies, and life coaching, allows me to offer thoughtful, personalized guidance. I focus on helping clients create realistic lifestyle shifts that support lasting habit and mindset transformation.
On a personal note, I’m a Northern New Jersey gal now living in South Florida with my husband, Neal. I’m also finding my footing as an empty nester of two boys who are all grown and on their own. Health and wellness are a true passion of mine — and equally so is my love of music.
I’m a Juilliard-trained musician and retired music teacher. I believe deeply in the power of music to move us, connect us, and transcend language and boundaries. Blending my love of music with health and wellness brings joy and meaning to my own journey, and I love sharing that with others.
